I am one of those people who other people think are strange, yet they still hang around them cuz they're cool in a weird way and lovable. At least, I hope I am. :)
So who am I? Well, I am a student, a writer (of sorts), and a midget (again, of sorts). I am Japanese and White all in a tiny package, and I love to just have fun. No, I can't speak Japanese, but I will be learning how to pretty soon here. I have a dry sense of humor, I love to laugh and to make people laugh, and I don't have a ton of common sense... Logical thinking is more my area.
I live in Idaho, and while most people would want to escape and leave as soon as they possibly can, I love living here. I'd love to live here most of my life, but traveling is definitely something I want to do before I die. I'd like to visit New Zealand, England, Auschwitz, Australia, and some other specific countries. I want to drive Route 66 from one end to the other. More general places I wanna visit include Europe and Asia, and maybe South America - so almost everywhere, I guess, haha.
Some random stuff about me: I love ultimate Frisbee, I'm taken (yeah, yeah, sorry gentlemen), I have lived in Germany, Texas, California, Hawaii, and of course, Idaho, I get along with just about anybody, I LOVE Hot Cheetoes, Pepsi, bacon, tamales, and ham (oh gosh... now I'm hungry, dang it), and I believe whoever invented gum was a genius.
I love writing about random stuff, and sometimes I just have this random inclination to write, so I do, but I wanted to see if what I write is interesting to other people. Writing in a journal or on random pieces of paper wasn't exactly getting my work out there, so a blog was the simplest, easiest, and cheapest way to "publish" some of my writing without all the hassle of money and paperwork and all that great stuff.
What is my inspiration? Well, anything really. Often it's a random thought or whatever happens to occur that day. I'm pretty random when it comes to my writing, and I'm a pretty deep thinker, so when something strikes me as odd or interesting or funny, sometimes I like to try to make connections between it and something else in the world, or other times I happen to find a connection between two things, and I give it some more thought to evaluate exactly how they connect.
A couple more random facts... My favorite music artist is probably tobyMac; exotic cats (tigers, lions, pumas, etc.) are my favorite animals; I love the Narnia movies, the Star Wars movies, and Star Trek the movie (2010); and I can crochet quite a few different things (for all you who are unfamiliar with crocheting, it's like knitting, but old ladies aren't the only ones who do it; I know college football players who crochet, yeah that's right, hot college football players).
